There are 33,000 Rotary clubs in more than 200 countries and geographical areas. Clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds. As signified by the motto Service Above Self, Rotary’s main objective is service — in the community, in the workplace, and throughout the world.

OUR VISION

The Rotary Club of Lincoln is a dynamic club that strives for “Service above Self”. We will endeavor to make a difference in our local, national, and international communities. Our club supports Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. We will strive to increase the awareness of and make a positive impact on the environment through our actions. We will support and develop leadership skills to facilitate the growth of our youth.

THE ENVIRONMENT

Rotary shares an interest in protecting our common legacy: the environment.

We are committed to supporting activities that strengthen the conservation and protection of natural resources, advance ecological sustainability, and foster harmony between communities and the environment. We empower communities to access grants and other resources, embrace local solutions, and spur innovation in an effort to address the causes and reduce the effects of climate change and environmental degradation.
